LYVA was not built in a wellness studio. It was built by someone who needed it, couldn't find it, and read enough of the research to understand why.

Founder's note

Why this exists.

I was diagnosed with severe arthritis in one hip and moderate in the other. I work in construction. I train. I refused to accept that slowing down was the only available response.

So I read the research. Not the supplement industry's version of it — the actual published science. The gut-joint axis. The INSPIRE trial at Nottingham. The connection between intestinal permeability, systemic inflammation, and cartilage breakdown. The mechanism was real, consistent across independent research groups, and entirely absent from anything commercially available.

What I found on the market: underdosed turmeric capsules. Generic glucosamine from the 1990s. Products built for marketing departments, not for people who've read the literature.

LYVA Flex is what I wanted to find. Mechanism-first. Clinical-grade doses. No glucosamine. Built around the gut-joint axis because that is where the science points.

How we work

Three principles. Non-negotiable.

Mechanism first.

Every ingredient in LYVA Flex has a direct mechanistic rationale grounded in published peer-reviewed science. If we cannot explain precisely why something is in the formula, it does not go in.

Clinical-grade only.

We source the forms and doses used in the trials — not the cheapest version of each ingredient. The difference is not a marketing claim. It is whether the product works at all.

Never publish unverified.

Every claim LYVA makes can be traced to a primary source. We do not use the industry's habit of citing research loosely. If we cannot verify it, we do not say it.

Who LYVA is for

People who use their body and intend to keep using it.
